Your order can be shipped to you via UPS. With the continually rising costs of postage, we use these two companies because they have proven to be affordable, timely, and convenient for you. We have also found that UPS provide reliable service, which means you should not have any difficulty receiving your picnic supplies in good shape and on time.
We allow you to choose your desired shipping option. We will automatically set you up with UPS Ground as your shipping choice. In most instances, this is the most affordable option. However, if you need your item quickly, we allow you to choose other services. You might need the item as quickly as three days or even overnight. Can we return products we do not like?
We offer a 30-day return period. You can return items for store credit or exchange. Please refer to our Return Policy and Process for more information.
We choose only the best picnic products to put on the Picnic Supply World website. Each picnic basket, tote, or bag uses bar-tech stitching to reinforce seams, has handmade structure made from quality materials like bamboo and willow, and includes metal hinges with leather straps for added durability. However, we understand that there may occasionally be a problem with a picnic tote or basket your purchase from us. As such, we have the following return policy.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer you an exchange or store credit if you return the item within 30 days. We are sure you will love your purchase, but if you are less than satisfied, we will replace your item or allow you to choose something else from our store that better suits your needs with the store credit we give you.
If you need to return an item to Picnic Supply World, it must be in the same shape it was when we shipped it to you and it must be returned within 30 days. We do not accept returns on used items unless there is a manufacturer's defect on the item. In that situation you can use the manufacturer's warranty to receive a new product.
If after the 30 days you find that your product has a defect in the material or workmanship you can make a claim on the product's warranty. Use the Contact Us form for more information about product warranties. Warranties only apply to products used normally and do not apply normal wear and tear that the item will receive over time.
Where do you keep the food in the picnic baskets?
We have found that some customers are confused about our picnic baskets and totes. They see that they come fully stocked with service for two to four and often wonder where to put the food for the picnic. We have chosen picnic baskets that have plenty of room for the food. In fact, many of our picnic carrying supplies have separated insulated food sections that will keep your food hot or cold, depending on your needs. We also have several totes with wine duffels and food storage containers build right into the design of the product. Keep in mind, however, that we do not provide any food with our picnic baskets - that is your responsibility. If you want to take more food than can fit in one basket, feel free to browse our line of coolers or backpacks to add to your storage options.
How long will your products keep my food hot or cold?
Our manufacturer uses Thermoguard insulation, which will keep you food at the desired temperature for five to eight hours depending on how hot or cold it is outside. You can add hot or cold packs to the cooler, baskets, or totes to keep the food fresh longer than this.
At this time we are not offering special or custom orders. We have a huge range of products, however, so there is a good chance that our website already has something to meet your particular need in our current online catalog.
Can I purchase the basket empty?
At this time we are not offering empty baskets. Our baskets feature service for two to four picnickers. If you do not need to use the service, you can easily remove it and store it elsewhere.
